Jillian Hart pens Rocky Mountain Courtship, the first story in this anthology. When Joseph Brooks is sent into town to collect a package, he returns with Clara Woodrow. He suspects she is a mail-order bride for him and could not be happier. Clara, though is confused – she is there for the maid job. Joseph is sure she is perfect for him and is determined to convince her that he is right.
Courting Miss Perfect is Judith Stacy’s story. Brynn O’Keefe is traveling with her aunt to escape an unfortunate incident at home. When her aunt falls ill, Brynn is forced to continue her aunt’s lectures and tour alone. Everything would have been fine except for the Pinkerton detective who thinks she is involved in a crime. Travis Hollister is chasing down a thief and knows that she needs to stay in town until the issue is resolved, He tells everyone that he is courting her. Brynn is appalled by his actions but another part of her likes the idea.
Stacey Kayne takes us back to visit old friends and new in Courted by the Cowboy. Constance Pauley was rescued by Kyle Darby and left with severe injuries. Now as recovered as possible, she is hired as a teacher by Kyle Darby and his family. Neither one knew of the connection but now Kyle can’t seem to resist making sure she is all set while Constance is determined to not accept any help from anyone. Kyle also wants to make sure that Constance never finds out that his actions are what caused her to be injured.
Stetsons, Spring & Wedding Rings contains a group of stories that are so unique and satisfying. The west comes to life in these three tales as we travel to a variety of locations and visit with many new and even some old friends. Anthologies are so much fun to read for this reason. A great book to sit back and relax with, be sure and pick up Stetsons, Spring & Wedding Rings and prepare to be entertained by Jillian Hart, Judith Stacy and Stacey Kayne.
