Review: Twice the Temptation by Cara Summers
August 4, 2010 in August 2010, Harlequin Blaze, Reviews by Debby

Gifting us with two delightful stories, Cara Summers begins with “Playing With Reese“. In this story, Reese Brightman returns to Haworth House, resolving to take control of her life and, maybe explore that fantasy she pulled out of Hattie’s box. Arriving earlier than expected, she meets Mac Davies who seems to be a perfect candidate for her fantasy night with a boy toy. The only problem, after one night, she wants more than one night or does she? There is also the issue of some strange notes, notes that have nothing to do with her fantasy.
“Saving Brie” takes us into the life of Brie Sullivan. She comes to Haworth House with Cody Marsh for protection. A witness to a mob hit, Brie needs the protection that only Cody can provide. Arriving during a singles weekend, Brie has the opportunity to select her own fantasy, a fantasy that comes true in Cody’s arms. But distracting him could cost her more than her heart. The mob is still on her trail.
Cara Summers does a fantastic job with her series Forbidden Fantasies. Twice the Temptation is the third and final book in the series. But even if the series is done, its legacy will live on. Hattie’s box will never be empty, leaving some fantasies for us. Until you have your own fantasy, watching these two couples live out theirs can’t help but give the reader ideas. Cara Summers has penned two tales on Twice the Temptation, which will not be forgotten but will live on forever in the reader’s fantasies.
