As a reporter, Marni Claire is looking for the story that will catapult to the top of her field. She thinks she has just the thing when a lead leads her to the Midnight Special, a train traveling from one side of the country to the other. The witness with the information to the crime involving corruption, arson and murder is traveling on that train. She is so determined she even takes a berth which she is not absolutely sure is hers. Whens eh wakes in the arms of her witness, Marnie is not sure what to think.

FBI Special Agent Hunter can’t believe when he finds the beautiful woman in his arms. He also can’t believe he agreed to share the cabin with her. Must be that medication he is taking after his last accident. At any rate, the trip is long, the cabin is small and there is enough heat being generated to heat the whole train when they find the night is better together.

The whole premise of the Midnight Special was amazing – two people in close quarters with a sexual attraction that built and built until it exploded. Hunter and Marni just could not control that heat and when they finally came together it was a beautiful thing to read. Hunter was quite snarky but it covered his true. Marni was able to see past that gruff exterior. How she settles their difference suited them both to a tee.

Hope on for the cross country ride and prepare yourself for some heat, some fun and some beautiful romance. How can you go wrong with Midnight Special by Tawny Weber? Answer: You cannot!!
